Hi, I'm Medina!
I help everyday women build confident, successful dental administrator careers — no degree or diploma required.
I started exactly where you might be right now — feeling overworked, underpaid, and unsure how to break into a better career. I don't believe in playing small and neither should you.
I began as a dental assistant, quickly realizing that my real strengths were in communication, systems, and helping practices run smoothly. I transitioned away from dental assisting and went from a general dental administrator to office manager within three years. Less than 10 years in the industry, I became a trainer for ABELDent, a dental software system.
Over 18 years, I've worked with dozens of dental offices and trained hundreds of administrators across Canada on platforms like ABELDent, helping clinics streamline operations, increase revenue, hire staff, and build stronger teams.
But something was missing:
So many incredible women wanted to enter the field — yet had no clear, affordable pathway to get there. That's why I created The Polished Dental Administrator — to give you the exact roadmap I wish I had when I was starting out.
